This degree aims to develop your knowledge of theory and research in educational leadership and management and explore implications
for practice in education. You can choose one of two specialisations available: Early Childhood or School Education.

Entry requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Minimum of at least two years of relevant work experience
- A written application

Two years of relevant work experience.
Notes:
This degree is also offered at the postgraduate certificate and postgraduate diploma levels. You will do the same, but fewer, units at those levels. Appropriate performance in the certificate or diploma can be counted for credit towards this degree.
If you are interested in pursuing doctoral studies, you should consider including research preparation units in your study pattern. A minimum of credit level grade is required in these units to qualify for doctoral study.
