Jessica Alice Garcia

Year Graduated: 2009

Current Position: Project Officer for an NGO in London, UK.

Moving from Canada, it was a big change but it was the experience of a lifetime to live in Sydney and to be able to undertake my postgraduate degree. Professionally, after studying my one-year Masters program at Macquarie, I gained the academic and practical skills to attain the type of job that I wanted- project work at an NGO that deals with international issues. Personally, I think I really grew up during my time at Macquarie from the whole experience of living so far away from home and being exposed to so many new places and people.
