Amy Davies
‘The Master of Organisational Psychology program at Macquarie University opened my eyes to a completely different career in psychology to what I thought was possible. I’ve had the opportunity to apply the skills I learned at Macquarie to a diverse range of roles since graduating - from HR consulting to learning and development, and now organisational development and change management positions. The flexibility of the program appealed to me as a student balancing full-time work with study, as did the practical and applied nature of the subjects. The academic team at Macquarie were also very supportive through my supervision process, making the path to registration as a Psychologist a smooth and enjoyable one. I’d recommend the program to anyone seeking a dynamic career in psychology, applying their knowledge of human behaviour to a variety business challenges.’
