Our Students
Ashleigh Standen
I chose Macquarie University because of its unique combination of high academic standards and a relaxed atmosphere. The opportunities for overseas travel and study here are second to none, as are the flexibility and support Macquarie offers for its students. This university simply has the edge over the rest.
Our Graduates
Rowan Platt
Year Graduated: 2010: Current Position: Tipstaff to NSW Supreme Court Judge The Macquarie University law degree is now a highly respected degree to have, and rivals that of the others. Our old dean is now president of the ALRC, and the former president is now at Macquarie, which reflects well on our degree. The focus on mooting played an instrumental role in cementing many of the analytical skills you naturally develop during the degree, and in furthering my passion for advocacy and legal argument.
