Overview

Study the sciences underpinning research in medical areas such as medicine, biomedicine and related health areas.

In this degree you'll study biology, chemistry, psychology, physics, statistics and mathematics in your first year.  You'll then specialise in either:

  • Biomedical
  • Medicinal chemistry
  • Psychomedical sciences

Study the sciences underpinning research in medical areas such as medicine, biomedicine and related health areas. In this degree you'll study biology, chemistry, psychology, physics, statistics and mathematics in your first year. The Psychomedical Sciences specialisation covers neuropsychology, cognitive processes, psychopathology, learning theory and application. Other related studies include animal behaviour, medicinal chemistry, physiology and genetics.
