View courses for International students.
Overview
Business Administration with Arts will give you a comprehensive understanding of corporate strategy and all business functions.
In this double degree you'll combine business studies with critical thinking and communications skills.
You'll study business areas including marketing, human resources and management. You'll also choose complementary arts subjects such as politics, media and communications giving you a cutting edge in your career.
In addition to teacher education programs, the Institute of Early Childhood offers the opportunity to study a range of subjects which can lead to a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Early Childhood Studies. A major in the understanding of children (from birth through to 12 years) enables you to work in a variety of areas including policy development, community services, and the media.
The Institute of Early Childhood provides units of study which consider the development of children (including those with disabilities). Young children’s learning and experience of the arts, literacy, mathematics, science and technology is explored, as well as the management principles and skills necessary for leadership positions in children’s services.
This degree will not qualify you to teach in educational settings with children, but will enable you to specialise in early childhood studies. It may supplement study or experience in other social sciences including behavioural science, psychology and sociology.
