Overview
This diploma provides a pathway for graduates of a three year early childhood education teaching qualification to upgrade to a four year qualification. This diploma will build on knowledge and skills gained through your three year early childhood undergraduate program to further develop your skills in teaching and professional leadership. You will be given the opportunity to choose units relevant to your workplace or career aspirations to explore units in the wider university.

- Flexible study options: most units are offered on-campus and by distance, however, you will generally be required to attend one of two compulsory on-campus sessions per unit.

Entry requirements
A recognised three year early childhood teaching degree. You will be required to submit an original official academic transcript or a certified copy with your application.
English language requirements
If you have completed the NSW HSC or equivalent you satisfy the English proficiency requirements.

To qualify for this award, you will need to complete 24 credit points from a range of 400 level ECH or ECHP units.
A late fee will apply to applications received after 1 November 2011. Final applications will close 9 January 2012.
